We do a thorough turnover of the entire apartment including a maintenance inspection,  carpet shampoo, paint as needed, lock change, and professional cleaning. 

We have a dedicated onsite maintenance team, as well as 24 hour emergency maintenance service. 

You can place a service request through our online, user friendly resident portal, or you can contact the office and we'd be happy to place the maintenance request for you.  

Maintenance requests are handled in the order they are received unless it is an emergency.

With your permission, we can perform repairs without your presence.  

If you are locked out during office hours we can unlock the door for you.  If it is after hours, we ask that you call a locksmith.

Yes, you are allowed to decorate your apartment and we encourage you to make it your home, however, upon move out, we ask that you patch any holes and prime any walls you may have painted. 

Our amenities include a newly renovated clubhouse equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, a fitness center, resident lounge with kitchen, package room,  and bicycle repair station with complimentary bikes for resident use.   For your outside enjoyment you can use our brand new heated pool, fire pit,  grilling stations, tennis court and car wash station.  For your furry loved ones, we also have a pet spa and dog park.   

The pool will be available year around, 7:00AM-9:30PM.  

We  have ample parking!  We offer both unassigned and premier assigned parking spaces.  Premier assigned parking spaces have a small monthly fee associated.  Contact a one of our Leasing Agents today to inquire on the current rate! 

All apartment homes offer full size washer and dryer hook ups.  You may lease a washer and dryer from us for an additional monthly expense or provide your own. 

Yes!  We are a pet friendly community and are equipped with a dog park and pet spa! 

We require a non-refundable pet fee of $375 for 1 pet or $425 for 2 pets. There is also a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, with a two pet maximum.

There are no weight restrictions but our breed restrictions are as follows: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario,Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corso and Alaskan Malamute.

Stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal - *select apartment homes are equipped with a microwave, stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer; all apartments have washer and dryer hookups.

We do not offer furnished apartments.

Yes, we can offer Corporate leases however each individual living in the apartment would have to go through our standard background/criminal screening process. 

Packages are delivered to our designated, secure package room located in the clubhouse, accessible 24/7.

Fitness center accessible 24/7

Equipment for a full workout that includes two treadmills, two elliptical machines, one recumbent bike, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, stability balls, as well as a smith machine and  universal weight machine.

We follow the City of Raleigh's noise ordinance which is 11:00PM - 7:00AM.

You are welcome to make an appointment and it is encouraged, but we are also open to walk ins.  Come on in!

You can apply online at on the "floorplans" tab, or you may request a paper application from our office. 

Non-refundable pet fee needs changed from $325 to $375 for 1 pet. The $425 for 2 pets is correct. There is also a $100 administration fee due at the time of application per apartments.

Although we accept checks and money orders, we strongly encourage online payments through our convenient resident portal.  

Absolutely!  Instructions will be provided and we are happy to assist as well! 

Yes, renter's insurance is required with the following minimum limits: $300,000 in personal liability coverage and $12,000 in personal contents coverage.

Each apartment home is individually sub metered so you are responsible for all utilities including electric, gas, and water/sewer. 

You can setup your utilities by calling the providers, Duke Energy for electric & Dominion Energy for gas. Contact info will be provided prior to your move in.

The cable and internet providers available at our community are AT & T and Spectrum.  We recommend AT & T. 

If you choose to transfer to another apartment within our community during your lease term, we require an $800 transfer fee.  You would need to pay a new security deposit and your old one would be refunded to you, minus any damage charges, within 30 days of your transfer.  If you transfer at the end of your lease, we do not charge the $800 transfer fee. 

We do not allow subleasing or Air Bnb. 

We offer 2 lease break options: 1.) Pay a termination fee equal to 2 months' rent and provide a 60 day notice, or 2.) Pay until your apartment is rented or lease ends, whichever occurs first.

Yes, there is a bus stop near the entrance of the community.  

We are approximately  3 miles North of North Hills Plaza/ 440 and approximately 3 miles South of 540.

We offer a dog park right here at our community!

 Yes, there are several trails nearby, and we offer complimentary bicycles for our residents use on nearby trails.

Some of the most popular shopping locations are: North Hills, Market at Colonnade Center, Sutton Square, North Ridge Shopping Center, Shops At Falls Village, Falls Pointe Shopping Center,  Stonehenge Market,  and  Crabtree Valley Mall.

Starbucks & Dunkin Donuts are approximately 1 mile away, Sola is approximately 1.5 miles away and  Jubala & Deja Brew are approximately 3 miles away.

We are approximately 3.5 miles South of 540 and approximately 3.5 miles North of 440.  Our leasing office is located at 6801 Chesterbrook Court, Raleigh NC 27615.
